Refunds and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by email at:

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned item, or documentation confirming that the item has been shipped back. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important – Sealed Products

Sealed card boxes, packs, and other trading card products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Complaints (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If a product has defects or faults, you may file a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

If a complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
