These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.
2. Prices and Payment
Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are additional and will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, and technical inaccuracies.

Available payment options are displayed at checkout.
Payment is charged in accordance with the terms of the selected payment provider.
When paying via Klarna, Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply, including any credit assessments and payment deadlines.
MidnightSun Cards does not store card information. Payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment solutions provided by our partners.
3. Formation of Contract
A binding agreement is formed when the customer has completed the order in the online store and received an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation is sent automatically after checkout and includes information about the purchased items, prices, and delivery address.
If there are obvious errors in pricing, product information, or stock availability, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be contacted and refunded without undue delay.
4. Delivery
We ship all orders from Northern Norway.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and registered. During periods of high activity, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We use Posten / Bring for all shipments within Norway.
Available shipping options and applicable rates are displayed at checkout before payment and order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Norway is 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local conditions.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
All packages are shipped with tracking.
Tracking updates are often registered only once the shipment reaches a sorting terminal (for example Tromsø or Lørenskog). It may therefore take 1–3 business days before the first tracking update appears.
A lack of updates during this period does not mean the shipment has not been handed over to the carrier.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected within the deadline and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for actual costs related to return shipping and re-shipment.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us before the deadline. This can be done by sending an email to post@midnightsuncards.no. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Return of Goods
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received. You may examine the item to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary for such examination, we may claim compensation for any diminished value.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods where the seal has been broken.
This includes sealed card boxes, blister packs, multipacks, and other trading card products where the value is affected once the seal is broken.
If the seal has been opened or broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or documentation that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Complaints
Defective or Damaged Goods
If the item has a defect or is damaged upon receipt, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints made within two months of discovery are always considered timely.
If a complaint is approved, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with applicable law.

Transport Damage
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend reporting this to the carrier as soon as possible. Please take photos before opening the package.
If the item is damaged during transport, contact us without undue delay.
Returns in Case of Complaint
In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Items must not be returned before this has been agreed with us.
7. Sealed Trading Card Products
The contents of sealed trading card products may vary.
We cannot guarantee specific players, cards, inserts, or “hits” in packs or boxes.
Unwanted content, card value, or pull rates do not constitute a defect under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Opened or broken seals normally do not give the right to return.
8. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Information collected in connection with orders and use of the online store is processed for the purpose of completing purchases, delivering goods, and providing customer service.

9. Liability and Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
MidnightSun Cards is responsible for delivering goods in accordance with applicable Norwegian law.
We are not liable for delays or circumstances beyond our control, including matters related to the carrier, technical errors, force majeure, or other unforeseen events.
The contents of trading card products are randomly assembled by the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for specific cards, values, or pull rates in sealed products.
Disputes
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
